To register as a new auction supplier with British Medical Auctions (BMA), please complete the New Supplier Form in full.

You can either:

• Print the form, complete it by hand, and scan it, or

• Save/download the file, fill it in electronically and save the document.

Once completed, please email the form to your BMA Account Manager.
