Live medical equipment auction sales are held at our Bracknell saleroom where buyers can take part and bid in person, via our live Simulcast auction platform on our website complete with video and audio streaming, live telephone bidding and pre-sale commission bidding, for fully interactive participation from across the globe. We hold timed online auction sales via our website for the auction of medical and healthcare equipment to our global database of buyers. We offer a private treaty sales programme for equipment such as MRI and CT systems to buyers and brokers across the world. In addition to these sales routes, clients frequently approach us with requests for specific equipment which we endeavour to satisfy.


Our reliable and cost effective collection teams are experienced in the removal of specialised and sensitive medical equipment with vehicles suited for all types of collections. With nothing to pay in advance, we will collect your inventory discreetly with minimal disruption using the most appropriately sized vehicle required, we are set up to handle an individual item to a full hospital clearance including all fixed modality equipment, beds, furniture and associated items. British Medical Auctions provides full waiver and release from liability from the point of collection, releasing suppliers from all on going liability.


Upon collection of your medical equipment, it is transported directly to our secure 25,000 square feet saleroom in Bracknell in Berkshire, where it is logged into our state-of-the-art auction system. In preparation for inclusion in the auction catalogue, we provide a full inventory management service and remove all identification, asset tag labels and, if required, can provide certified data removal services prior to cataloguing for inclusion in our auctions. For cataloguing, all equipment is power-on tested and inspected, photographed and described for inclusion in the electronic catalogue. The auction catalogues are hosted on our website, so they are searchable and available online for commission bidding ahead of the live auction events. Full pre sale and post sales reports are provided to all selling clients in each sale outlining the equipment descriptions listed by lot number, post sale reports are complete with sales values by lot number and a full VAT summary.
